These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, conditions, and policies referenced herein — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual game or promotion rules published by kx44 from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any individual promotion or game rules, the promotion or game rules will prevail for that specific matter.

Age Restriction & Eligibility
kx44 is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any kx44 service. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. kx44 conducts age verification checks as part of the standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions to use kx44:
- You are registering and playing as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
- You are not using kx44 in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
- You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a kx44 employee or director, unless you have received prior written consent from kx44 management.
- You have not previously been self-excluded or had your account closed by kx44 for breach of these Terms.
- You are not depositing funds on behalf of or at the direction of a third party.
kx44 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, freeze any funds, and conduct a mandatory age verification review. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be voided and the deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used, minus any transaction fees, pending verification.

Account Registration
To access kx44 games and services, you must create a single registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
One Account Rule
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active kx44 account at any time. If kx44 identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any combination of these indicators — kx44 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus funds. This policy exists to protect the integrity of the platform and the fairness of bonus programmes.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your kx44 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. kx44 will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any activity that occurs under your kx44 account is your responsibility unless you have notified kx44 of unauthorised access in a timely manner. KYC Verification

Deposits & Withdrawals
kx44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. kx44 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a payment account belonging to someone other than the registered kx44 account holder — are strictly prohibited. Deposits made via third-party accounts will be refunded and the kx44 account may be suspended pending investigation. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the kx44 deposits page at the time of transaction. All deposits are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. kx44 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the platform, which vary by payment method. Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. kx44 reserves the right to carry out additional identity or fraud checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times in individual cases.
Currency
All transactions on kx44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Where a player deposits using an international card, conversion to BDT will occur at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the card network at the time of the transaction. kx44 does not charge currency conversion fees, but your card issuer may do so independently.

Bonuses & Promotions
kx44 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin awards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements attached to each individual offer, which are published at the time the offer is made available.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are credited to your kx44 bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
- Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered using eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino and table game contributions are lower — refer to the specific promotion terms for exact contribution rates.
- kx44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with changes taking effect for bonuses not yet credited.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
- Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, using automated betting patterns, or exploiting low-risk wagering strategies to clear wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
Welcome Bonus
New kx44 players are eligible for the welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit, subject to meeting the minimum deposit requirement stated in the current offer. The welcome bonus is limited to a maximum of ৳20,000 per new player. Full terms for the welcome bonus are published on the promotions page. Existing players and players who have previously held a kx44 account are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
Prohibited Conduct
kx44 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct that undermines the fairness, security, or integrity of the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and money laundering: Using kx44 to launder money or facilitate any financial crime is prohibited. kx44 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
- Cheating and manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, use unauthorised third-party software, or interfere with the normal operation of kx44 games is strictly forbidden.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage — including chip dumping, signalling, or systematic cooperation — is prohibited across all game types.
- Automated betting: The use of bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated system to place bets or play games on kx44 is not permitted.
- Multiple account abuse: Creating or operating more than one kx44 account, whether under the same identity or different identities, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider without first contacting kx44 support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and recovery action.
- Underage access: Attempting to register or play on kx44 if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating underage access to the platform.
Note: kx44 uses automated fraud detection and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to have breached this section may have their accounts closed, balances confiscated, and details shared with relevant gaming and financial authorities.
Account Suspension & Closure
kx44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where kx44 reasonably believes that:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
- The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
- The player's account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player or identified through a third-party responsible gaming register.
- Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or kx44's obligations under applicable law.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players may close their kx44 account at any time by contacting kx44 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method after standard processing and KYC checks. Bonus balances and any wagering-requirement-linked funds that have not yet been cleared will not be refunded upon voluntary closure.
Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability

kx44 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kx44 will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and address technical issues promptly, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service given the nature of internet-based systems.

Participation in any game involves risk of financial loss. kx44 does not guarantee any specific outcome, return to player rate on any individual session, or favourable result from any betting or gaming activity. Past performance in any game on kx44 is not indicative of future results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the kx44 service, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform.
Governing Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
